Sustainability

We are a business that operates
responsibly and sustainably

Sustainability is important to us and to all of our stakeholders. We serve, supply and
protect those who serve and protect us, in a corporate culture that is performance driven
and values led. Our sustainability agenda supports this purpose

Our approach to
sustainability

What does sustainability and ESG mean to us?

Environment

The risk that climate change will have a significant and lasting impact on global economic growth and prosperity is a factor that we recognise and
are responding to. Our target is to achieve net zero greenhouse gas emissions across our operations by 2030

Social

People

Our ability to take on and solve
our customers’ most complex and
demanding engineering and
technology challenges depends on
the commitment, skills and talent
of our people

Safety and wellbeing

The safety and wellbeing of our
employees is paramount and
ensuring a safe and constructive
working environment is a
fundamental responsibility

Social impact

By contributing to activities and
organisations that align with our
business, we want to make a
positive social and economic
contribution to the communities in
which we live and work

Human Rights

It's important to us to respect and
uphold human rights, wherever we
operate in respect of activities
where we have full and direct
control

Investment in technology and research and development

Developing innovative technologies is a key part of the work we do, and will ensure we have a sustainable business that will continue to create
value for our stakeholders and customers
